This is the initial version of proton-pass-version-checker.

The tool checks for new Proton Pass versions by pulling a JSON feed from ProtonPathServers. It works as follows:

If no local release file is found, it notifies the user via Telegram (using a configured bot token and chat ID) that a new version is available.

If a release file is present, it compares the pulled version against the one stored in the file.

If the pulled version is newer, the user is notified of the update.


This release establishes the foundation for automated version tracking and user notification.
